Two Austrian industry solutions for 24-hour live-in care, two different focus areas. Here they are side by side, factually, as of August 2026.

ManaCare is an industry solution that has been established on the Austrian market for many years. It connects placement agencies with sending agencies, taxi services, mobile services and qualified nursing staff, and supports franchise structures. The provider describes itself as the market leader; there are no independently verifiable market share figures to support this.
HerzensManagement puts the focus elsewhere: the price is publicly listed on the website (€7 per client per month, €11 in the full package), rotations, documents and invoices are not just stored but automatically generated and sent, and an AI-powered search answers questions directly from your agency data.
In short: if you manage a large partner network that has grown over time, you will find a lot of industry depth at ManaCare. If you want to automate your daily administration and know in advance what it costs, we are the right choice.
The basis is the public product pages of both providers and the Austrian company register (Firmenbuch), as of 13 August 2026. “Not publicly documented” means: the provider makes no public statement on this.

With ManaCare, you request a quote. With us, you do the maths yourself: €7 per active client per month in the base package, four modules at €1 each, €11 in the full package. No setup fee, no minimum size. An agency with 30 clients therefore knows before the first conversation that it will pay between €210 and €330 a month.
See pricing →Your own PDF templates are filled from more than 400 placeholders directly from the client and caregiver profile, go out by email from your own sender address and are signed on a mobile phone. The system generates and sends recurring family invoices on schedule. You check instead of typing.

“Caregivers with a driving licence”, “clients without a caregiver”, “open rotations in August” - AI search answers questions like these in seconds from your real data, instead of sending you through filter lists. ManaCare does not publicly document a comparable feature.

ManaCare maps sending agencies, taxi services, mobile services and qualified nursing staff in a shared network and also handles billing for partners and commissions. These processes are not currently publicly documented to the same depth at our end. If your day-to-day work consists mainly of coordinating an established network of partner agencies and transport, you should raise this specifically with us in the demo - then you will see in 30 minutes whether it is sufficient for your case.
Data import is a built-in feature of HerzensManagement, not an extra service. You provide an export from your current system, and we take care of the rest: free of charge, with no switching fee and usually within 48 hours of receiving your data.
We migrate client files including master data and relatives, caregivers with qualifications and availability, contracts and ongoing placements, your document archive and the invoice history. Your history is complete in the system from day one - you don't have to retype anything or keep two solutions open in parallel.
CSV and Excel, XML and JSON, database exports, document archives as PDF or ZIP, and connections via REST interfaces. If there is no ready-made route for your current system, we develop the import specifically for you, also at no extra charge. If no export is possible at all, sample files or access are enough for us - then we build the route.
Before go-live, a test import runs in your environment; you check samples and give your approval. For questions and technical hurdles, we are available throughout the entire switchover - the same contacts as in the demo, also after go-live.
Show us the cancellation confirmation from your current provider: until the end of your notice period you use HerzensManagement free of charge, and your payments only start in the first month after that - at the switching price of €4.50 per client per month with all four modules, valid for contracts signed by 31 October 2026. The regular price is €7 per client per month, €11 in the full package. We migrate your clients, caregivers, contracts and documents free of charge, and you are up and running in 7 days. If it doesn't work out: money back for 6 months from go-live, informally by email.
All information on ManaCare comes from the provider's publicly accessible product pages and from the Austrian company register, as of 13 August 2026.
