Two Austrian solutions for 24-hour live-in care — one on the market for around ten years, one with a focus on automation. The objective comparison, as of August 2026.

CareOrganise has been on the Austrian market since around 2015 and covers needs assessment, applicant registration, contracts and forms, assignments and billing. Digital signatures and SEPA mandates have been available there for years, and regulatory maintenance is visibly continuous.
HerzensManagement is younger and takes a different approach: rotations are generated automatically from the start date and rotation length, contracts fill themselves from over 400 placeholders and go out for signature on their own, the system creates and sends recurring family invoices on schedule, and AI search answers questions directly from your agency data. In addition, our price is published on the website.
In short: CareOrganise manages reliably. HerzensManagement takes the administration off your hands.

Table scrolls horizontally. “Not publicly documented” means the provider makes no public statement on it — not that the feature is missing.
You set the start date, rotation length and caregivers, and the system generates the rotations for the coming months. Changeover days are handled separately, future rotations can be moved in bulk, and every change is recorded in the history. This is not a calendar you fill in, but a plan that extends itself.
More on rotation planning →“Caregivers with a driving licence”, “Clients without a caregiver”, “Free rotations in August” — AI search answers questions like these in seconds from your real data. On top of that comes AI-assisted matching that suggests suitable caregivers for a client. CareOrganise does not publicly document either.

Through the app, relatives get an overview of the state of health, their invoices and contracts, and a chat with the caregiver: the family writes in German, the caregiver reads in her native language, and vice versa. Group chats bring all relatives and the agency together. This takes a good share of the daily queries off your office's hands.
Book a demo →CareOrganise has been on the Austrian market for around ten years, has gone through many rule changes and has maintained its forms and contracts for a correspondingly long time. SEPA mandates have been standard there for years; with us they are not publicly documented. If your agency has worked with CareOrganise for many years and your established processes run smoothly, switching is a matter of weighing things up, not a given. That is exactly what our 6-month guarantee is for.
Show us the cancellation confirmation from your current provider: until the end of your notice period you use HerzensManagement free of charge, and your payments only start in the first month after that — at the switching price of €4.50 per client per month with all four modules, valid for contracts concluded by 31 October 2026. The regular price is €7 per client per month, €11 for the full package. We migrate your clients, caregivers, contracts and documents free of charge and rebuild your templates, and you are up and running in 7 days. If it's not right for you: your money back for 6 months from go-live, informally by email, no reason needed.
