Two specialised systems with clearly different focuses: Hrily comes from cross-border business, we come from the Austrian agency. An objective comparison, as of August 2026.

Hrily is built exclusively for live-in care agencies and was developed together with agencies from Poland, Germany and Austria. Its strength clearly lies in the cross-border workflow: recruitment via online forms, international transport, partner agency billing, commissions, multiple currencies, AI-generated job adverts.
HerzensManagement is tailored to the Austrian agency: Pflegestufe (the Austrian care level), SVNR (Austrian social security number), subsidies, WKO details (Austrian Economic Chamber), BMD export (to the Austrian accounting software BMD), automatic rotations with changeover days, care contracts built from more than 400 placeholders with signing on a mobile phone, recurring invoices to families. Plus a publicly stated price of €7 to €11 per active client.
In short: If your day-to-day work consists of sending agencies, transport and billing across national borders, Hrily is stronger today. If your business takes place in Austria, we go deeper into the detail — and are verifiably more affordable.

Table scrolls horizontally. “Not publicly documented” means: the provider makes no public statement on it — not that the feature is missing.
A system built for several countries at once usually handles Austrian specifics as configuration. With us they are the standard: Pflegestufe and subsidy documents in the client profile, SVS (Austrian social insurance for the self-employed) and WKO-relevant data in the caregiver profile, subsidy claims in the workflow and the BMD export for your accounting. You don't have to teach your software about Austria first.

Hrily bases its price on the number of active contracts but does not state an amount. With us, you do the maths yourself: €7 in the base package, four modules at €1 each, €11 for the full package, no setup fee, no minimum size.
See pricing →Your PDF templates pull the data from the profile, go out from your own sender address and are signed on a mobile phone. The system creates and sends recurring invoices to families on schedule, including payment status and transport costs.

Sending agencies as a separate entity, partner billing, commissions, international transport and billing in multiple currencies are publicly documented by Hrily, but not by us. If your business consists mainly of working with partner agencies in several countries and settling commissions, you should take a look at Hrily. We are building out this layer — today it is not our strength, and we don't claim it is.
Show us the cancellation confirmation from your current provider: until the end of your notice period you use HerzensManagement free of charge, and your payments only start in the first month after that — at the switching price of €4.50 per client per month with all four modules, valid for contracts signed by 31 October 2026. The regular price is €7 per client per month, €11 for the full package. We migrate your data free of charge, and you are up and running in 7 days. If it's not the right fit: money back for 6 months from go-live, with a simple email.
All information on Hrily comes from the provider's publicly accessible product pages, as of 13 August 2026.
